I compiled the training scenes of
T.M. Opera O and Meisho Doto from Uma Musume.
I focused on the contrast between Opera O’s “success”
and Doto’s “failure” to highlight their unique relationship.
The final scene is a bit of my own wishful, fictional take,
but if something like this ever became real, I’d honestly cry tears of joy ✨☺️
Here’s a bit of context for the opening lines.
When Opera O says:
“Why hasn’t she stepped onto the stage yet?”
“She” refers to T.M. Precure, a real racehorse who shares the same owner as Opera O and Doto.
Doto’s line:
“There may be various reasons…”
This hints at name and copyright issues. “Precure” is a registered franchise name, which is believed to be one of the reasons she hasn’t been officially added to Uma Musume.
